Vehicle requests
Ask for a vehicle, hand one back with mileage, fuel level, keys, items and damage photos, or swap with another driver. Lists show who holds each vehicle, and after every hand-over the new driver checks the vehicle before using it.

Yes. Every driver is added in the CRM with their own email address and gets their own login straight away, so there are no shared logins. A driver sees only their own jobs, vehicle, requests and documents, and your company can require two-step verification with a code sent by email.

No. The driver’s phone shares the position of the vehicle they hold, for the office’s Live Map, the arrival questions and the customer’s tracking link. If you already have Traccar or GPSLive trackers, switch them on under Company Setup › Integrations & API Keys › Tracking sources; a source you switch off is never used.
Yes. Your company chooses where new jobs and stage questions go: WhatsApp, from the CRM’s number or your own business number, the app, or both. With both switched on, a question sent on WhatsApp shows in the app as well.
The app keeps what the driver does, such as answers, checks, photos and fuel logs, and sends it when the signal comes back, so nothing is lost in a loading bay or on a rural road.
It reaches the office straight away as a defect with the driver’s photos, ready to be fixed. A safety-critical fail takes the vehicle off the road until it is put right.

Yes. A driver who signs in to the CRM gets My Jobs: one card per job with one big button that always says the next step, proof photos shown before they are sent, and their jobs under Today, Upcoming and Done.
Yes. Recording follows the driver’s permission: take it away from one driver and their phone stops sending positions. Positions are kept apart from tracker history, and only staff in your company with permission can see them.
